Seen from above, the hills are covered in a beautiful cluster of cork oaks, wines and of course olive groves. Making sure the ancient olive trees was perfectly trimmed in order to preserve both the tree and enable for a new delicious harvest of organic olives each year, as a child and young adult, Daniel used to spend the summers helping his grandparents on the family estate.
